EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Tdpheatlamp reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

* If the product is damaged due to logistics (such as casters, lamp caps, support arms, control box, base), please contact customer service, we will replace the new machine for you free of charge.

* Non-product quality problems, you do not want to or you changed your mind, please contact customer service return, refund, you need to pay the shipping charges and return charges, return address for our designated delivery address, we refuse to cash on delivery.

* Please guarantee that the package of the returned goods is in good condition, and the products do not lack any components (parts of the products themselves) and accessories (packing documents, installation tools). We will check the returned goods after receiving your return, and if there is any missing, we will deduct it from the money returned to you.
